Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Online Food Safety Supervision

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional industry has set off a wave of cross-border integration with the Internet.China's food industry is also actively integrating with Internet information technology to complete a new round of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,online food is the emerging product derived from this background.Because of its convenient and fashionable consumption characteristics,online food has been eagerly sought after by the young generation of consumers and brought fresh blood to the online market economy.However,the quality and safety problems of food purchased through online platforms are gradually exposed in people's eyes.Therefore,strengthening the supervision of online food safety has become the top priority of academic circles and government supervision departments.This paper takes network food safety supervision as the main research scope,and the whole paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research status,research significance and research methods of the paper,so as to lay a foundation for the following research.Chapter two introduces and analyzes the related administrative theory and related definition.The third chapter,based on the current situation of China's online food safety supervision,analyzes the existing problems in the online food safety supervision.At present,there are still some problems in China's online food safety supervision,such as unclear responsibilities of the supervising subject,difficult implementation of supervision,imperfect laws and regulations,imperfect market supervision and inadequate supervision of third-party platforms.The reasons are unreasonable setup of China's regulators,slow update of regulatory technology,lagging law,market failure of food safety and lack of third-party platform responsibility.The fourth chapter mainly studies on the basis of drawing on the experience of foreign developed countries in the supervision of online food safety and summarizes the beneficial enlightenment to China's supervision of online food safety.Fifth chapter in view of the network proposed to clarify the problems in the supervision of food safety responsibility main body,transformation of the mode of regulation means,perfect the laws and regulations,strengthening the construction of market system and countermeasures such as improving the third-party platform management mechanism,to strengthen network of food safety supervision in our country,for national food security umbrella.
