Research On Supervision And Enforcement Of Labor Security

The emergence of labor security supervision stems from the inequality of the legal status between workers and employers.In the actual labor relationship,the employer will use its own strong position to infringe on the rights and interests of laborers.In order to better protect the rights and interests of workers,the government needs to intervene in the relationship between laborers and employers.The means of law regulate the relationship between the two.Labor security supervision and law enforcement is an important part of labor security.It is to implement and implement the relevant laws,administrative regulations and policies promulgated by the state.High-efficiency law enforcement is an important guarantee for fully safeguarding the rights and interests of laborers.It is also an important force for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both workers and operators.It can also play a positive role in building harmonious labor relations,and it is also an administrative agency's administration according to law.Concentrated.China has made corresponding improvements in the labor security supervision system,but there are still many problems in the law enforcement process.For example,labor security supervision and enforcement units have difficulties in law enforcement,unclear powers,and differences in law enforcement basis,which directly have a negative impact on social stability.At present,with the continuous development of China's social economy,labor relations are more complicated,and the contradiction between laborers and employers is more prominent.This is a serious challenge for China's labor security supervision and law enforcement workers.At the same time,some problems in China's labor security supervision and law enforcement have also begun to be exposed,such as insufficient legal basis,expanding regulatory scope,insufficient labor security supervision and enforcement,low corporate illegal costs,unprotected labor rights,and lack of administrative intervention.Problems such as bit are urgently needed to be resolved.In this paper,the author starts with the basic theory of the labor security supervision system and analyzes the problems existing in the labor security supervision and law enforcement work.In response to these problems,we put forward suggestions on solving many problems of China's labor security supervision and enforcement from the four aspects of emphasis,reform,clarification and integration,hoping to promote the smooth development of labor security supervision and law enforcement in China.
