China is a big country of agricultural,and the issue of agricultur has always been the top priority of China.The key to solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and grasping the main body of new agricultural operations lies in strengthening the construction of a new talent team for business entities.The agricultural professional manager is an important carrier of the new agricultural management subject and the post-storage force of modern agricultural development.However,the cultivation of agricultural professional managers is still in its infancy,and there is no system in the relevant theoretical aspects.Still need to be further explored.This paper investigates the satisfaction degree of agricultural professional managers in C city,explores the deficiencies in the training process from the satisfaction of the trainees in the training,and guides the further development of the training of agricultural professional managers in C city at the root cause.Agricultural professional manager training system.This study explains and explains the selection of variables based on expectation-inconsistency,reinforcement theory and attribution theory after explaining the relevant concept definition and training status of agricultural professional manager training in C city,drawing on American customer satisfaction model and public.On the basis of funding the satisfaction model of peasant employment training,based on the publicity and unpaidness of agricultural professional manager training,a PLS-SEM-based agricultural professional manager training satisfaction index model based on PLS-SEM was constructed.After the model is determined,the software questionnaire is further analyzed by using the software smartPLS2.0.Based on the research results,relevant suggestions on fostering support policies and training quality are proposed for the training of agricultural professional managers in C city.This study explains and explains the selection of variables based on expectation-inconsistency,reinforcement theory and attribution theory after explaining the relevant concept definition and training status of agricultural professional manager training in C city,drawing on American customer satisfaction model and public.On the basis of funding the satisfaction model of farmer employment training,based on the characteristics of agricultural professional manager training,a PLS-SEM-based agricultural professional manager training satisfaction index model based on PLS-SEM was constructed.After the model is determined,the acquired questionnaire data is further analyzed using the software smartPLS2.0,based on the research.As a result,relevant suggestions on fostering support policies and training quality were proposed for the training of agricultural professional managers in C city.
