Optimization Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Grassroots Police In Zhejiang Y City

Under the current social conditions,the needs and ways of thinking of the police force,especially the grass-roots police,are increasingly diversified.While the original incentive mechanism based mainly on spiritual stimulation can inspire people's work enthusiasm and stabilize the team,to a certain extent At the same time,due to political,economic,cultural and self-inflicted factors,the motivation mechanism of the incentive mechanism for the grass-roots police can not be effectively utilized and increasingly shows its inadequacies.Combining with the characteristics of police work,it is important to systematically analyze the motivation of the police at the grassroots police station and improve its incentive system.This is of great importance in enhancing the quality of the police in the grassroots police station,improving their work enthusiasm,and ensuring the perfection of the construction of the grassroots police force,Theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the grass-roots police in Zhejiang Yongkang area as the research object,focusing on analysis of the incentive problems,and multi-angle to build incentive mechanism for mobilizing the enthusiasm of grass-roots police provide reference suggestions.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the incentive mechanism of grassroots police in Y city through literature survey method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method.By studying the grassroots police in Y City of Zhejiang Province,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of grassroots civilian police in the district,including the imperfect incentive content,single incentive method,non-standard incentive process,limited career development space and personal growth,and lack of departments.Incentive mechanism for management perspective.At the same time,we have studied the establishment of incentive mechanisms in many aspects and put forward various suggestions to help improve the enthusiasm of grassroots police.This article can be divided into seven chapters.The first part begins with the introduction,puts forward the research background,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and provides the theoretical basis for the next research.The second part of the paper is related to the theoretical basis,including the connotation of incentives,incentive mechanisms,relevant theories of grassroots police incentives,and grassroots police incentives.The third part of this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of grassroots police in Zhejiang Y-city jurisdiction,including the basic situation of the police station in Zhejiang Y city jurisdiction,the analysis of the current situation of grassroots police in Zhejiang Y city jurisdiction,and the existing incentive mechanism of Zhejiang Y city police station.Questionnaire design and distribution,statistical description of the questionnaire.The fourth part of this paper draws on the motivational experience of domestic and the overseas grassroots police officers,including the analysis and reference of the incentives of grassroots civilian police in advanced countries such as the United States,France,Japan,and Beijing,Hong Kong in China.The fifth part of the thesis studies the optimization design of the incentive mechanism of the grassroots police in Zhejiang Y city,including the design principle of incentive mechanism,the optimization design idea and goal of the grassroots police in Zhejiang Province,and the optimization design of the incentive mechanism of the grassroots police in Zhejiang Y city..The sixth part of this paper is the guarantee for the implementation of the incentive mechanism for grassroots police in Zhejiang Y city.The final seventh part is a summary of this article.This paper mainly analyzes the incentive factors of the grassroots police in Y city based on the basic model such as factor analysis,hoping to give some value.
