A Study Career Incentive Mechanism Grass-Roots Police In Drug Rehabilitation

Incentive mechanism is an important part of management science,which can stimulate,guide,maintain and continue people's internal motivation.A reasonable play of the role of incentive mechanism can improve individual work enthusiasm and efficiency,stimulate individual initiative in work,and promote the realization of work goals.As a special group of the Chinese people's police,grass-roots police for drug rehabilitation are directly involved in the work of compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation.The construction of incentive mechanism is the Shanghai drug at the grass-roots level an important subject of police team management,and the construction of incentive mechanism is helpful for the implementation of Shanghai rehabilitation of grassroots police self-worth,improve work enthusiasm,the Shanghai drug police promote rehabilitation team strength increase,the grassroots police in Shanghai to accelerate the development of Shanghai rehabilitation work.However,up to now,the incentive mechanism of grassroots police for drug addicts has some drawbacks,which do not adapt to the current development of drug rehabilitation work.As a result,some grassroots police for drug addicts are slack in their work,which makes it difficult to improve their work enthusiasm.This paper probes into the incentive mechanism of grassroots police for drug addicts from the perspective of public management and tries to put forward some improvement measures.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis are adopted.Based on the hierarchy of needs theory and expectation theory,combined with reference to relevant research results,the current situation of the incentive mechanism of grassroots police officers in S Compulsory isolation and drug control Center in Shanghai is analyzed,and the existing problems are found out.The problems existing in the incentive mechanism of grassroots policemen in SCompulsory isolation and drug addiction treatment Center in Shanghai are mainly manifested in the following aspects: unreasonable salary system,imperfect performance assessment,too few educational and training opportunities,and lack of spiritual incentives.To analyze the cause of the problem,it is concluded that the government needs to strengthen policy support,team structure and social environment for bringing about changes for detoxification of grassroots police thought condition,lack of spirit of incentive is difficult to meet the needs of the rehab grassroots police vocational belonging,and improve the compensation system,performance appraisal system,the respect such as p promotion system to put forward the method to solve the problem,in order to maximize the implementation of the Shanghai drug grassroots police self-worth,improve work enthusiasm,the Shanghai drug police seek to enhance working efficiency of the Shanghai drug police team combat effectiveness,effective management methods,so as to provide reference for Shanghai detoxification police incentive mechanism building,Better carry out drug rehabilitation work in Shanghai.In this paper,the public management theory is used as the framework to study the incentive mechanism for drug addicts at the grass-roots level,and the research object and perspective have some innovations.The conclusions can provide reference value for the construction of incentive mechanism for drug addicts in Shanghai and other regions of China.
