Research On The Interaction Between Government And Social Enterprises From The Perspective Of Corporatism

"Realizing Social Value by Commercial Means",social enterprise is inherently characterized by miscibility and complexity,which has broken our traditional concept of non-profit organizations.As a link between the government,the market and the society,social enterprise has played an important role in solving social problems creatively,promoting the development of the social and economy healthily,providing quality public services,advancing and enriching the value of public charity.Based on the combing of related literatures,this paper reviews the research on social enterprises in aeademia,sumlarizes the background,characteristics,types and functions of the rise of social enterprises in China.And this paper also deeply studies the classification of“Green Earth,and Chengdu in urban community waste cooperation from the views of external environnent,synergy motivation,collaborative engine,collaborative behavior and synergistic consequences.By summarizing the experience of successful cooperation between the eiGreen Earth,9 and Chengdu government,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for further promoting the benign interaction between the government and social enterprises.As a new social force,can social enterprises provide a new possibility for the construction of a benign interaction between the State and Society?Finally,by exploring the development of social enterprises,this paper has analyzed the impact of social enterprises brought to the relationship between the State and Society in China.
