| With the current development of market economy and the acceleration of work rhythm,all walks of life are faced with great pressure of development,which leads to the phenomenon of job burnout and causes related social problems to become more and more prominent.Serious job burnout will also affect the working atmosphere of the whole organization and interpersonal relations are not conducive to the promotion of the collective interests of the organization.As the main body of the national administrative department,civil servants’ political literacy,working ability and moral quality have a far-reaching impact on the maintenance of people’s interests.In particular,grass-roots cadres in towns and villages are the most basic part of the civil service team,but they are at the bottom of the civil service team.They directly deal with the public and stand in the front line of resolving social conflicts and disputes,and are often attacked by public opinion.At the same time,the poor working environment and the need for self-development of township civil servants and the unsound assessment and promotion mechanism of township civil servants make grassroots civil servants prone to job burnout.Job burnout will have a serious negative impact on the performance level,governance level and executive power of government departments,and even affect the public image of grassroots government departments.This paper takes the grass-roots civil servants in H county as the research object.On the basis of collecting the literature related to civil servants’ job burnout,this paper uses the interview method and the questionnaire method to carry out the investigation and interview on the civil servants in H County,analyzes the performance and causes of the civil servants’ job burnout in H county.On this basis,combined with the requirements of national policies,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the job burnout of civil servants in H county. |
