A Study On The Power And Effect Of Rural Revitalization

The decline and decline of rural areas will produce a series of social problems,which are mainly reflected in the contradiction between people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.To implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and let rural agricultural farmers share the fruits of reform and development is not only to make major adjustments to the distribution pattern of the national economy and make up for the shortcomings of rural infrastructure and public services more quickly;at the same time,to change the one-way flow of various development elements from rural to urban,to create a new pattern of two-way flow and integration of urban and rural elements,so as to cure the rural poverty.“ In the process of rural disease,it also alleviates the "swelling disease" of the city,realizes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,thus building a well-off society in an all-round way.It has great practical and theoretical significance to complete this task.Taking Jinxian County as an example,this study attempts to explore the power,process and effect of Rural Revitalization.It is found that the driving force of Rural Revitalization is the existence of rural values and the need of social development.Targeted poverty alleviation is one of the policy guarantee measures to solve the decline and depression of rural areas,but to solve it thoroughly,it is necessary to activate the due value of rural existence through rural revitalization.Through case analysis,the paper puts forward the idea of "centering on one center,basing on three basic points and implementing nine key projects" in the process of rural revitalization,so that on the basis of targeted poverty alleviation,all departments at all levels work together,left and right,focus on promoting rural and industrial development and building beautiful rural areas,and implement Rural Revitalization Strategy.It is hoped that through the revitalization of the countryside,the countryside will become a beautiful home to live and work in peace and contentment,agriculture will become a leading industry,and farmers will become an attractive occupation,so as to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the government to formulate relevant policies.
