The Evaluation And Improvement Study On International Cooperation Project D Of Non-Governmental Organization M

With the withdraw of “One Belt One Road” Initiative and further development of South-South Cooperation,governments and enterprises were aware of the importance of Non-government Organizations(NGOs)in international cooperation.China NGOs are facing a new era of international development,while the doubts and misunderstandings are increased by foreign governments and their citizens.To have a positive and kindness image by the international societies,China NGOs should walk on a path to show itself to the global.They should participant global issues,develop civil diplomacy and promote multilateral cooperation.However with the limits of domestic policy and organizational capacity,China NGOs have many problems,such as how to have an effective development on international cooperation,a reasonable evaluation on international cooperation impacts and results and a way to deal with the weakness in the cooperation.These are also important issues for further development of China NGOs.This paper summarizes the current situation and studies on the international cooperation projects which participating by NGOs at home and abroad.Taking the international cooperation project D of Jiangxi M Non-government organization as the research object,this paper analyzes the project D from two aspects,process evaluation and influence evaluation.It points out some problems in the project management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the projects management of international cooperation by NGOs.In this paper,the theories of project process management and post evaluation have applied to analysis the NGOs' international cooperation projects.This is a useful exploration for China NGOs to participate in international affairs.It hopes to provide assistance for China NGOs to participate in South-South Cooperation and the “One Belt One Road” Initiative.
