Research On Business Process Reengineering Of Enterprise Registration In S City Under The Background Of "Internet +"

Under the background of the new era,the Internet has not only realized the integration with manufacturing industry and service industry,but also gradually demonstrated its strong vitality and vitality in government affairs.The state council has proposed to fully integrate the Internet with government services by the end of 2020.Enterprises are major participants in market economic activities and major creators of social wealth.Enterprising registration process reengineering is the product of deep integration of Internet and government services,and is an inevitable development trend under the background of “Internet plus”era.This paper applies the new public service theory and government process reengineering theory to explore the importance of government promoting business process reengineering of enterprise registration under the background of “Internet plus”.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the government affairs process reengineering at home and abroad,and obtains the enlightenment and reference for S city government affairs process reengineering.This paper adopts the research paradigm of “raising problems-analyzing problems-solving problems”,and applies the method of combining qualitative research with quantitative research to carry out the research.In this paper,questionnaires are designed from the four dimensions of process speed,service quality,process cost and process informatization to deeply analyze the problems existing in the process of enterprise registration in S city.The problems existing in the business process of enterprise registration in S city are mainly manifested in the lack of overall efficiency of the enterprise registration process,the need to improve the service quality,the low utilization rate of the Internet government affairs platform and the lack of operability.In the optimization of the business process reengineering,S municipal bureau of administrative examination and approval must first clear enterprise registration of business process reengineering objectives and principles,from all the departments of strengthening cooperation and cancel the enterprise name prior approval link,to build a service-oriented government performance evaluation system and to strengthen the construction of “Internet+ governmental affairs service platform”,promote the reform of the whole electronic registration of business process reengineering.In addition to optimize path of business process reengineering for enterprise registration,it is also necessary to set up modern government service concept,establish a process-oriented organization,and strengthen thecoordination of government affairs.The research results of this paper in S city have enriched and developed the administrative management theory and related research results of “Internet + government services”,providing a new perspective for the study of business process reengineering of enterprise registration.The paper also plays a very important and positive role in further promoting the reform of administrative examination and approval system.
