Research On The Present Situation And Improvement Measures Of Grid Management In Dongying District

With the development of society,the traditional social management mode has no longer adapted to the requirements of The Times,grid management as a new social management mode arises at the historic moment.This paper studies the current situation of grid management at home and abroad,defines the concepts of community,grid and grid management,and establishes the theoretical basis of this paper with the governance theory,fine management theory and seamless government theory.Taking the grid management in dongying district as the research object,this paper introduces the current situation,background and difficulties of the grid management in dongying district through field observation,interview and literature review,and analyzes the feasibility of implementing the grid management in dongying district.This paper introduces the practice,exploration and results of grid management in dongying district,and analyzes the existing systems.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward five problems,such as unreasonable grid setting,low quality of grid members,short board of platform construction,low acceptance of the masses,heavy grid task,and analyzes the reasons from three aspects,such as government management,team construction,and operation mechanism.On the basis of the above theoretical and practical research,this paper actively explores the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions of grid management: improve the network architecture,optimize the function configuration;Improving relevant institutions and mechanisms;Strengthening team building;Improve the grid of multi-participation;We will strengthen the guidance of party building and improve work efficiency.
