According to the relevant data in World Population Prospects,in 2018,the population of the world over 60 years old is about 962 million.China's population over 60 years old is about240 million people,and China's aging level reaches 17.17%.More and more elderly people appear in urban squares and parks.Since the family model has changed from the traditional multi-child support to the new "421" family model [1],that is,the situation in which a pair of only children will support the four elderly people after marriage and childbirth will greatly increase the cost and energy of old-age care.In the short term,this phenomenon is unlikely to be improved.The aging of the population will be a prominent global social problem for a long time to come,and how to support the elderly will be the key to solving this problem.At present,China's basic pension policy is “9073”,that is,90% of the elderly choose to stay at home,7% of the elderly choose the old-age services in the community to support the elderly,and 3% of the elderly through the local pension institutions for the elderly,and this article will be “9073 The section of "7" is expanded.The author conducts research and research on different types of materials such as master's,doctoral thesis and expert works in the field,and combines some excellent cases at home and abroad,such as the representative Urara Island comprehensive nursing home,to summarize the model of home-based care.There is a certain mismatch between the institutional pension model and the actual needs of the elderly at this stage.There is no practical starting from reality,and many elderly people in need do not reach the true sense of pension,which leads to a series of social problems.The author will use cross-disciplinary research,comparative analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods to analyze and study the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly in the Ertaizi community of Haicheng City,Liaoning Province,and the pension center should be set up.The scale and type of the project,and the data on the surrounding life of the project block are analyzed.Combined with the current retirement standards for the elderly in the Ertaizi community of Haicheng City,Liaoning Province,a combination of factors has concluded that community care services are currently the most suitable for the elderly in this community.The design will always followthe barrier-free design principles,spatial integration design principles,adaptive principles,etc.,and will make new and bold attempts based on the traditional community pension model,the traditional home-based care model and community pension model.Make an organic combination.The program in this project will carry out a series of analysis and design in the two areas of “moving” and “quiet”,and make the subject based on the relevant design specifications,ensuring that the subject has sufficient theoretical support,and finally the subject can be The practical application aims to create an “elderly home” for the elderly in the community and promote the rapid development of the old-age urban community pension model in China.
