Research On The Old-age Security Of The Empty Nest Elderly In Rural Areas

With the development of China's economy and society,the medical level and social security system has gradually improved.As a result,the life expectancy extended,and the aging of population has become one of the social status.At the same time,due to the huge gap between urban and rural development,more and more rural labor force has been transferred to the city.In this context,a large number of elderly people are left in the countryside,resulting in the problem of rural empty nest,which causes a widespread concern and discussion in the society.Therefore,solving the old-age security problem of empty nest in rural areas is an inevitable requirement to meet the people's yearning for a better life and also one of the necessary tasks to complete the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects.However,in the current social state,the problems that how to improve the quality of rural empty nest elderly's pension security and how can they fully enjoy the comfortable pension service are the tasks we must face,also the responsibilities of the government,society and each home.This paper focuses on the social hot issue of old-age security of empty nesters in rural areas,and selects Daiyue district of Tai'an City as a typical case.By literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,the author has carried out a targeted research on the old-age security of empty nest elderly in rural China,and made a detailed analysis of the current old-age security model and development status.Then,the author has found out the salient problems in the construction of the old-age security system for empty nest elderly in rural areas,analyzed the causes of the problems,and finally put forward feasible solutions.Based on the above and combined with the current situation of rural empty nest elderly pension security in Daiyue district,Tai'an City,this paper constructs the rural empty nest elderly pension security system from the government,society,village(community),family,individual and other dimensions,and proposes to give full play to the role of the government,improve the social security function,improve the rural community security capacity,strengthen the family pension function,Optimize the self-supporting mode and other measures.
