As the aging of the population becomes more and more serious, various diseases have also come along. The number of elderly people suffering from dementia has significantly increased in recent years. At present, caregiving tasks for the elderly with dementia in China are mainly undertaken by the majority of family caregivers. The level of caregiving has an important impact on the quality of life of the demented elderly. The existing research is mainly based on pedagogic and medical perspectives, and the intervention methods are mostly case-based,and it is difficult to produce "scale effect."What is the performance of home caregivers' ability to care? What are the influencing factors? Can group work involve the caregivers of family caregivers? In this study, the caregivers of demented elderly home caregivers were chosen as research objects. They aimed to explore the team's working methods to intervene in the caregivers' caregivers of family members with dementia in the elderly. It is hoped that this method can help improve the ability of caregivers. This study used questionnaires, interviews, and other methods to collect relevant research information.Through investigations,it was found that many homeless caregivers of the dementia elderly have a general lack of ability to care for them, mainly because they lack understanding of dementia-related knowledge, and in the course of care,The caregivers' level of mastery of relevant daily home care and rehabilitation care techeiques is also at a low level, and caregiving satisfaction is not satisfactory. At the same time, many home caregivers face heavy care tasks and generally lack confidence in care.Care attitudes have become increasingly negative and initiatives have been poor.Further studies have found that the problem of inadequate caregiving capacity is mainly due to the combined influence of internal factors such as insufficient external professional guidance and training, extermal factors such as old people's illness, and the caregivers' own education level. On this basis, the study selected 10 caregiver homelessness caregivers who had the lowest scores in the caregiving ability as the group's activity target.Based on the social learning theory and the group dynamics theory, the development model of group work methods is used to help family caregivers establish development teams and carry out Family care experience sharing, lectures training for external organizations such as hospitals, etc, enriching the relevant knowledge and technical reserves of team members, enhancing the understanding and mastery of knowledge and skills related to dementia among family caregivers, and enhancing the professionalism and scientific nature of care work, safety. At the same time,Baotou warms up,pays attention to mutual support, helps them establish confidence in care, strengthens their positive attitude toward service, enhances their willingness to take care in the long-term,and then increases their ability to care and meet the care needs of the elderly. After the conclusion of the outcome and the process assessment, the researchers found that the activity achieved good results and the goals of the group were basically achieved. To a certain extent, the team,s work involvement in the caregiving ability of caregivers for the elderly with dementia has certain applicability. In the service process, social workers mainly act as guides, resource mobilizers, and other multiple roles, and adjust in time according to demand to promote the improvement of relevant capabilities of team members. Finally, the researchers conducted a deep reflection on the team work methods used in the research, the specific processes involved, and the roles and roles of social workers. At the same time, they also analyzed the ethical dilemmas encountered.
