With the development of society,vanous crises continue to emerge in society,improving the ability of government crisis management is currently a major issue faced by Chinese society,it is also a serious challenge to the government,strengthening government crisis management plays a very important role in the country's political and economic development and social harmony and stability.The security of enterprises is not only related to the health of the employees,but also to the harmony and stability of the society.Some enterprises do not attach importance to safety management,do not abide by the law,store a large number of dangerous goods,and have serious security risks.In recent years,accidents have occurred in some enterprises,resulting in the deaths of the employees and the loss of property.The occurrence of these accidents indicates that the government departments do not manage the enterprises well,so the government departments need to strengthen the supervision of enterprises and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.The study of government crisis management not only helps to protect people's safety,but also promotes social harmony and stability.The research methods used in this paper are case analysis,literature research,comparative analysis and induction.This paper takes Tianjin Port explosion as an example,analyzes some problems that the Chinese government has in crisis management,the conclusion of the study is to put forward some suggestions for improving the government's crisis management ability for enterprise safety accidents.The innovation of this paper is the establishment of a flow of government management for enterprise crisis.
