The Coordinated Development Of The Four Modernizations At Aksu Region In Xinjiang

Today's development is a comprehensive one,which not only requires rapid progress in all industries,but also ensures that all regions keep abreast of each other.The synchronization of "four modernizations" is evolved from the synchronization of "three modernizations" and is the inheritance and continuation of the synchronization of "three modernizations".The 12 th five-year plan for the first time calls for the simultaneous development of the "three modernizations".In general,we need to upgrade industries and build cities and towns to push forward,and we need to implement the requirements of all aspects of agriculture.At the 17 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party gave a clear position in industry,information and towns,emphasizing its role.During the eighteenth big put the status of the relationship between the "four modernizations" in a higher position,in combination with the special state of the economy from industry,information,urban,agricultural practice,gradually make the information construction and industry promote each other,industrial transformation to produce positive effects on construction in cities and towns,cities and towns quality comprehensive upgrade and provide certain products sales market for agricultural progress,eventually forming the good development trend,economic stability.By referring to relevant research literature,this paper summarizes the state and function degree of foreign scholars in the four subsystems and subsystems,and integrates the research and methods of domestic scholars to a certain extent,including the internal and overall development status of the subsystems.Then,the scope of the subsystem in this paper is delimited and expounded,and the methods of literature induction,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are integrated to collect the data needed in this research.This paper mainly analyzes the development status of the four modernizations at aksu region,the measurement of the development level of the four modernizations in aksu region,and the evaluation of the coordinated development of the four modernizations.The research conclusion is as follows:From 2007 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree of the "four modernizations" system in aksu region was between 0 and 1.0,and showed a growing trend of development year by year.In 2007,the value of the coupling coordination degree was 0.049,that is,it was in the interval of [0,0.1] and was in the stage of extreme imbalance.In 2008,the value of coupling coordination degree was 0.267,located in the interval of [0.2,0.3],indicating that it was in the stage of moderate imbalance.In2009,the value of coupling coordination degree in this region was 0.374,located in the range of [0.3,0.4],indicating that this period was in the stage of mild imbalance.In 2010 and 2011,the coupling coordination degree was 0.481 and 0.547,located in the range of [0.4,0.5] and [0.5,0.6],respectively.According to the classification standard of the coupling coordination degree of the system in the previous paper,it can be known that the time was in the stage of approaching imbalance and reluctant coordination.From 2012 to2013,the coupling coordination degree of aksu region was 0.605 and 0.674 respectively,both in the range of [0.6,0.7],indicating that the two years were the primary coordination stage.From 2014 to 2015,the development trend continued to improve,and the coupling coordination degree value was 0.742 and 0.779 respectively,both in the range of [0.7,0.8],indicating the intermediate coordination stage in this period.The 2016-2018 year will be a period of good coordination.
