A Research On The Immigration Policy Of The Republic Of Belarus

Migration problems are typical for almost all States of the modern world.In recent decades,Russia has also faced them.The collapse of the Soviet Union,the destruction of the state political and socio-economic system that had been established for 70 years,and the centralized mechanism for regulating demographic processes,led to mass displacement of the population.This thesis is based on the current situation of immigration policy analysis of the Republic of Belarus,research of the basis of immigration policy and analysis of the main problems and their reasons of immigration policy in the Republic of Belarus.Moreover,the analysis of the statistics of migration flows in the Republic of Belarus and the contents and achievements of immigration and measures of improving the immigration policy of the Republic of Belarus appear in this research.One 'more issue is to provide recommendations how to improve the Belarusian immigration policy based on my research as well as the achievements of the European immigration policy.This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method and the example demonstration method,analyzes the literature review of the development process of the migration policy of the Republic of Belarus,extracts the useful data for reference and application of the thesis;uses the example to carry out the empirical analysis on the development status of the migration policy of the Republic of Belarus;The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the subject,elaboration of the research significance,sorting out the current situation and analysis of relevant research topic,noting possible innovation papers;the second chapter contains the research on the relevant concepts and foundations of immigration policy in the Republic of Belarus,and the types,historical evolution,legal,economic and political foundations of immigration policy;the third chapter provides the analysis and research on the current situation of immigration and immigration policy in the Republic of Belarus;the forth chapter researches the main problems and causes of the immigration policy of the Republic of Belarus;the final chapter speaks about the countermeasures of improving the immigration policy of the Republic of Belarus,referring to the practices of the European Union.
