Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Democracy From The Perspective Of Deliberative Democracy

Democracy is the eternal pursuit of the political life.After constant practice and testing,China has formed the deliberative democracy theory of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction and development of deliberative democracy and encouraged people to study the development of China's political construction from the perspective of deliberative democracy.In China's vast rural areas,villagers' autonomy is the core of our country's countryside democracy at the grassroots level.With China's economic and social development,the increasingly diversified social benefit subjects become more and more.In order to meet the demands of their personal interests,they tend to highlight their own interests in grassroots democracy construction,which is not conducive to the realization of the public interest.So the villager autonomy is facing great difficulties.While deliberative democracy accepts the differences of various interest subjects,at the same time,it will also be able to eliminate the differences and disagreements.What it holds is that all stakeholders have equal and free rights to participate in the political process and put forward their own opinions,in the process of full discussion,and finally reach consensus.Therefore,in the process of building grassroots democracy in our country,the introduction of deliberative democracy into the building of rural grassroots democracy in China is essential.To organically combine the two is conducive to enriching and perfecting the building of rural grassroots democracy in China and promoting its development.Taking L village as an example,from the perspective of consultative democracy,starting from investigating the problems existing in the process of grassroots democracy construction in Village L,the study faces the problems squarely,and find out the causes of the problems guided by Marx's theory of democracy as well as the Xi Jinping's view of deliberative democracy,thus putting forward the ways to solve these problems.Then it shows that deliberative democracy can solve the problems in the construction of rural grassroots democracy,and puts forward a feasible way for the construction of rural grassroots democracy in China.
