Study On The Social Security Of Disabled People In Tai'an Huamawan

As a double vulnerable group,the disabled people in rural areas are directly related to the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has enriched the meaning of guaranteeing and improving people's livelihood,including "young" and "weak" groups,and more accurately and comprehensively complementing the shortcomings of people's livelihood,The social security of the disabled is clearly proposed as an important content to guarantee and improve people's livelihood.Huamawan Township of Tai'an is a remote and impoverished township.Due to historical,cultural,and geographical reasons,economic and social development is inadequate,and social security for the disabled is developing slowly.Studying the social security of disabled people in Huamawan Township,has important theoretical and practical significance for protecting the basic needs of vulnerable groups,improving their living standards,promoting social justice and achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Huamawan Township is a key township for poverty alleviation.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods such as literature research,questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and data analysis and processing to define social security,social security for the disabled,and social security for the rural disabled.The basic situation of rural disabled persons in Huamawan Township and the development of social security undertakings.Through statistical analysis of a questionnaire for 100 rural disabled people in Huamawan Township,learn the basic personal information,disability status,family situation,social security and satisfaction;Secondly,through in-depth interviews with the disabled workers in Huamawan Township,learn about the five aspects of social assistance,social insurance,social welfare,staff status,and mental state of the disabled in Huamawan Township,and reveal The existing problems of social security for the disabled in the rural areas of Huamawan Township,analyze their causes;Finally,through analysis of research and statistical data,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening social security work in Huamawan Township.
