Nowadays,with China's reform and opening up into the Deepwater areas,various contradictions have been revealed and the corresponding risks have increased sharply.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the background of the continuous advancement of the work of governing the country according to law and the deepening reform of the judicial system,and under the circumstances of the people's yearning for a better life and the growing demand for peace,justice and the rule of law,the requirements and standards of public security work are becoming higher and higher,and the tasks are becoming more and more onerous.Premier Zhou Enlai once said:"The national securityis halfly dependent on the public security department".As the cornerstone and important component of our country's public security organs,the county and district public security organs undertake a large number of daily complicated public security work.The pressure faced by the county and district public security organs has increased dramatically,and the problem of job burnout of grass-roots police has become increasingly prominent,which has affected the healthy development of public security work to a certain extent.Based on the theories of social competence,job matching and resource conservation,this paper takes the grass-roots policemen in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City as the research object,combs and studies the relevant literature of grass-roots policemen's job burnout countermeasures,and analyzes in depth the job burnout problem through conducting interviews with some policemen in the grass-roots units of Jingkou District,such as police stations,criminal policemen and patrol police.And further from three aspects of organization and management,social environment and individual policemen to make attribution analysis of job burnout of grass-roots policemen in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City.At the same time,this paper summarizes its characteristics,reviews the existing research on the countermeasures of police job burnout in China,and compares it with the foreign countermeasures of police job burnout,and draws lessons from the advanced practices domestically and overseas,so as to provide practical guidance for further improving the countermeasure research of alleviating police job burnout at the grass-roots level in Jingkou District.In order to improve the management level of grass-roots police organizations,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:defining the boundaries of police duties and responsibilities to lighten the burden of police,optimizing performance appraisal to stimulate the vitality of police work,guaranteeing welfare benefits to solve the worries of police,building a good police camp culture to enhance the sense of belonging of police.In order to build a social support system for grass-roots police,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:optimizing public opinion guidance via multi-means,publicizing and enhancing the image of the police in the public,strengthening education and training,enhancing the level of police law enforcement,promoting the harmony of police law enforcement,strengthening the awareness of police service,closing the interaction between the police and the people to obtain understanding and support,introducing intelligent high-tech equipment to ease the burden of police work,etc.In the aspect of improving the personal health level of the grass-roots police,it is proposed to pay attention to the psychological health education and guidance of the police.Three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including paying attention to the suitable position of the police and the development of their promotion potential,increasing daily workout to improve their physique and anti-pressure abilities.Through the implementation of the above measures,we are hoping to put constructive efforts in helping prevent and resolve the job burnout of grass-roots police in Jingkou District.
