The improvement of the people's living standards has put forward new and higher requirements for grassroots governance capacity and governance level,and the need for a sense of security and satisfaction in the social security situation has also been upgraded,bringing unprecedented heavy work to the grassroots police station.the amount.Especially in Shandong and other relatively economically developed regions and provinces,acts and means of disrupting social order have become endless,and the burden of maintaining the stability of the public order at the grass-roots police stations has become heavier and heavier.The public security organs,like the administrative organs of other countries,have been vigorously implementing institutional reforms in recent years,but their organizational management system still has a large gap compared with domestic excellent enterprises,which has led to a sense of professional burnout of the police,which has led to In daily work,the police in grassroots police stations have the problems of low motivation and insufficient motivation.Occupational burnout will not only harm the physical and mental health of the police,but also reduce the quality of work and work efficiency,and ultimately affect the realization of the goals of the grassroots police station.This article focuses on the questionnaire survey method,using organizational behavior theory,motivation theory,occupational life cycle theory,and pay-feedback imbalance model as the theoretical support for the analysis of the survey results,and analyzes the job burnout of the police in the grassroots police station in Zhangqiu District,Jinan City,Shandong Province.Conduct in-depth research to study the causes of job burnout.Through data analysis,it can be found that the police at the grassroots police station in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City showed a moderate degree of occupational burnout,with an incidence of occupational burnout as high as 99%.Among them,imperfect organization and management,as well as high-strength,irregular,and high-risk job particularities are the two most important reasons for the professional burnout of civilian police in grassroots police stations.Based on the above reasons,this article puts forward targeted intervention measures to ensure the rationality of work,improve the level of organizational management,improve the physical and mental environment of the individual,and shape a good social environment.Effective incentives to interfere with the formation of job burnout.As the capital city of the eastern coastal provinces,Zhangqiu District of Jinan City,the job burnout of the police at the grassroots police station has certain reference to the eastern coastal areas and other areas with similar economic and population sizes.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide some help for the grassroots police station and the individual police to eliminate the sense of professional burnout.
