As an important economic management and law enforcement department of the country,the taxation department bears the important responsibility of paying taxes according to law and shoulders the arduous mission of promoting economic and social development.To adapt to the ever-changing needs of taxation work,do a good job in current taxation work,and give full play to the role of taxation in fiscal revenue,we must vigorously strengthen tax training.In recent years,on the basis of the deployment of high-level training,Tongliao Taxation Bureau has conducted in-depth training on leading cadres,enterprise backbones and grassroots front lines,actively carried out classification and grading training,and strived to train various experts.At the same time,the "1155" competition project was further promoted,which greatly improved the overall quality and work skills of the cadres and provided talent protection for the development of the taxation industry in Tongliao City.However,we can still clearly identify the problems and deficiencies in the training.Based on the innovative practice of civil servant training and the advanced experience of tax civil servant training at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward countermeasures for how to improve the training of civil servants in Tongliao tax system.This article is divided into five parts:The first part summarizes the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the main research contents and research methods.It mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research content and research methods of this paper.Firstly,it combines the importance of the taxation system to the civil economy in the major countries of the world.The taxation system discusses the background of this paper,and discusses the significance of this paper from the theoretical and practical aspects.Secondly,it summarizes the research results of civil servant training at home and abroad.Finally,the main research ideas and research methods of this paper are explained,which paves the way for the later research.The second part is mainly to introduce the theory of full-text application,and lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the actual situation and the writing of the thesis below.Combining the case situation,this paper takes the human capital theory and training needs assessment theory related to civil servant training and tax system civil servant training.Guided by important theories such as learning organization theory,and practiced in analysis and countermeasures.It mainly includes two aspects:basic concept interpretation and related theory.The third part is the specific exposition of the basic situation of civil servant training in the tax system of Tongliao City.This part firstly expounds the basic situation of civil servant training in the tax system of Tongliao City,the setting of training institutions,the specific measures adopted by the training and the effectiveness of training..Secondly,through questionnaires,we will have a deeper understanding of the current training situation of the civil service training of the tax system in Tongliao City,and design a questionnaire based on scientific,comprehensive and brief principles,focusing on the training content,training methods and training of the current training process.The faculty and training effects were investigated.After the survey was sampled,the results obtained from the questionnaire were statistically analyzed.The problems in the civil service training of the tax system in Tongiiao City were obtained,and the existing problems and causes were further discussed and analyzed.The fourth part is the analysis and reference of the training experience of civil servants in the tax system at home and abroad.Foreign countries mainly discuss the training practices of civil servants in South Korea,Singapore and France.Domestically,the Binzhou City Tax System,the Shenyang Tax System and the Hubei Provincial Tax System are the main research objects.Summarize the practical results of civil servant training at home and abroad,and find out that it is worthy of the advanced experience of civil servant training in the tax system of Tongliao City.The fifth part is aimed at the problems existing in the training of civil servants in the tax system of Tongliao City.It gives the targeted reform of taxation training concepts,formulates scientific training plans,establishes a sound training system,innovative training forms,carriers and means,and increases training hardware and software.The five points of countermeasures for the construction of facilities construction suggest further improving the training of civil servants in the tax system of Tongliao City.Finally,the concluding remarks of the full text.
