A Study On The Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency In Rural Areas Of Chinas

The underage is the driving force of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the main force of the future development of the Chinese nation.Due to the mutual effect and influence of many factors,however,minor crime phenomenon is increasingly prominent,and in the mood out of control and an impulse or the successive occurrences of premeditated murder and even teachers and playmates to its often contact under the "hand".The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is not only existed in China,but also is listed as the third biggest public nuisance after drug trafficking and environmental pollution.In the face of such a serious juvenile crime situation,how to prevent juvenile delinquency is inevitable and urgently needs to be resolved.However,juvenile delinquency is not an unfocused object,often in rural areas such as left-behind,network influence,single-parent families and other special circumstances under these special circumstances.In this paper,the study of juvenile delinquency in these three special cases is discussed.Apart from the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts.The contents are as follows:The first part: the related theories of juvenile delinquency and special situation.In this paper,the definition and characteristics of juvenile delinquency are analyzed,and the significance of juvenile delinquency prevention is expounded,and the specific situation is summarized.Part ii: the analysis of the prevention path of juvenile delinquent under special circumstances.Mainly for the minor crime stayed behind for garrison in rural area,the minor crime under the influence of the network,single-parent families minor crime each of the three special cases of prevention path for a deeper analysis.The third part: the crime prevention path of minors.Mainly for special under the special circumstances of minor crime prevention convergence path thinking,under the special circumstances of minor crime prevention path difference thinking,the general situation of minor crime prevention path extension and summary to be summarized.
