Community is closely related to each community organization.At the same time,community is also the main place for residents daily life and activities.With the acceleration of social and urban processes,the problems embodied in urban community have become increasingly prominent,such as conflicts of interests and contradictions among urban community people,lack of sense of belonging among urban community people,and so on.The problem seriously affects the quality of life of people in urban communities and the stability and harmony of urban communities.In addition,since the reform and opening up,the focus of our government's work has been on economic development,lack of adequate awareness of community governance,which has led to the governance of urban communities has been in a relatively backward state.In the new era,with the gradual improvement of urban living standards,the requirements of urban residents for the quality of social governance are also increasing.Therefore,how to build a safe,standardized and harmonious community environment with Chinese characteristics based on the development reality of urban communities has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.Western countries have already incorporated community governance into the important content of urban construction.In recent years,governments at all levels and all walks of life in our country have paid more attention to urban community governance.Urban community governance is an effective means for all members of the community to participate in community management,and it is also an effective way for the whole people to jointly build harmonious communities,safe communities and characteristics.The important way of color community is of great practical significance to improve the comprehensive quality of urban community personnel.T District of Y City in North Jiangsu Province is the main urban area of Y City.It is also a typical old urban area.There are 67 urban communities.Urban communities account for more than 30% of the city's volume,ranking in the forefront of the province.This is the main reason for choosing this area as the research object.The innovation of community governance in T District of Y City is a kind of exploration and practice of community governance based on social development reality and relevant experience under the background of overall and local social management.After years of efforts,T District of Y City has formulated a relatively perfect and distinctive community management system,and constructed a community governance system.The matching community Party-mass position system,strong community residents culture,diversified community governance system and financial support system constantly open up a new pattern of urban community construction in the new era.This paper takes the urban community of T District in Y city of northern Jiangsu as the object of study.By using the methods of documentation,case analysis,and on the basis of the relevant theories of urban community governance,it deeply analyses the current situation and existing problems of T District in Y city of northern Jiangsu.Finally,it is based on the specific urban community of T District in Y city of northern Jiangsu.In fact,we should improve and optimize the system to provide the basis for the norms of urban community governance;adhere to strengthening the guidance of Party building and provide the driving force for the innovation of urban community governance;actively promote the transformation of functions to provide a favorable environment for the development of urban community governance;strive to achieve the participation of the whole people to provide effective support for the democracy of urban community governance;and pay attention to the construction of professional teams to provide for the progress of urban community governance.Five aspects,such as talent support,are put forward to optimize the urban community governance in T District,Y City,North Jiangsu Province.The author hopes to provide some guidance and reference for the development and improvement of urban community governance in T District of Y city in northern Jiangsu and other areas in China.
