Analysis And Promotion Strategy Of The Influence Of The Government Wechat In Hebei

In the context of the development of government WeChat,the Party committees and governments at all levels in Hebei Province attach great importance to the construction of new media platforms,such as the government WeChat.Since the start of the government WeChat in 2013,it has achieved explosive growth.The government WeChat has become the “governing online” platform of government at all levels in Hebei Province.With the deepening of the “Internet + Government Services” policy,the government WeChat of Hebei Province has also ushered in a new opportunity for development.In the opportunities and challenges,we must keep up with the trend of the times and promote the influence of Hebei government WeChat with the help of the huge active user base of WeChat.In this thesis,WCI(Qingbo)index is selected as the evaluation system.Based on the analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of the development of government WeChat in Hebei,the thesis makes an empirical study and analysis on the influence of the top ten government WeChat in the 2008 annual list.Through the analysis of relevant indicators and the comparative analysis with non-government WeChat in Hebei Province and “Shanghai Publication”,it can be found that many excellent government WeChats have emerged.But at the same time,we should also aware that there is a big gap between the government and the non-government WeChat and other excellent government WeChat in China.On the basis of data support,using SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the government WeChat,and forming the SWOT matrix from S-O,W-O,S-T,W-T,we formulate the advantage strengthened strategy,the disadvantage improved strategy,crisis resolution strategy and self-improvement strategy to promote the influence of the government WeChat of Hebei Province,and provide some inspiration and decision-making reference for improving the influence of the government WeChat in Hebei Province.
