The Study On Rural Grassroots Social Governance Of D Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In October 2017,the implementation of “the rural revitalization strategy” was proposed for the first time in the report of the 19 th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China.Now,the rural revitalization has been transferred from theory to the implementation stage,and rural grassroots social governance is the social foundation for the realization of rural revitalization strategy.The politics,economy,culture,social structure and people's ideology of rural grassroots society are changing with rapid changes of the macro-environment.The rural grassroots social governance has encountered new challenges in the process of the rural revitalization strategy promotion.How to make rural grassroots social governance more effective in the new situation? It needs further investigation and research.D town is a key place of the implementation of the northern rural revitalization strategy in its district in 2019,and its development is typical.With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the lifestyle,production mode,and interest demands of farmers in D town have been changed.And social problems have become increasingly diversified and complicated.Rural public affairs management has become more and more challenged and difficult.This paper sorts out relevant concepts and theoretical basis with literature analysis method in advance.And then according to the actual situation of D town,it studies the grassroots social governance current situation through questionnaire survey and case interview from three observation points which are governance subject,governance way and guarantee measures.Through the investigation of rural grassroots social governance in D town,many problems are found with varying degrees on governance subjects,governance ways and guarantee measures.Through the analysis and research of a large number of rural grassroots social governance related literature,it analyzes and sums up the causes of those problems combining with the actual situation.Finally,it is proposed that we should start from the aspects of giving full play to the power of pluralistic entities,innovating rural grassroots social governance methods,and strengthening rural grassroots social governance safeguards to consummate the rural grassroots social governance so as to achieve the goal of rural revitalization in D town.
