| The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,the implementation of this strategy is a decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way,a major historical task of building a modern socialist country,is the ’three rural’ work in the new era.To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,the most arduous and onerous task lies in the countryside,the broadest and deepest foundation lies in the countryside,and the greatest potential and stamina also lie in the countryside.The effective governance of rural grassroots is the basis for smoothly promoting rural revitalization.At present,many problems in rural governance restrict the effective promotion of rural revitalization.Therefore,based on the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper explores the practical problems existing in the rural grassroots governance of Y town in Jilin Province,and puts forward targeted suggestions,which is conducive to solving the dilemma of rural grassroots governance in Y town,improving the current situation of rural grassroots governance in Y town,and has important practical significance for promoting rural revitalization.In recent years,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,Y Town in Jilin Province has achieved remarkable results in industrial revitalization,living environment and rural civilization.But at the same time,there are still some problems,such as the formalization of grassroots governance,the weak awareness of villagers’ participation,the backward industrial production technology,the single marketing channel,the hollowing out of rural aging and the outflow of talents,the implementation method of ecological living environment,the low quality of public cultural activities and the low utilization rate of facilities.This is mainly caused by the weakening of the relationship between the party and the masses at the grass-roots level and the function of villagers’ autonomy,the lack of science and technology and innovation in industrial revitalization,the low attraction of grass-roots working environment and economic welfare,the lack of motivation of farmers’ environmental protection subjects,the lack of supervision of environmental protection maintenance,and the lack of understanding of the importance of cultural construction and the needs of villagers.This paper solves the problems one by one from five aspects:consolidating the organizational foundation,revitalizing industrial science and technology,adhering to personnel training,continuous environmental remediation,and enriching public culture,and provides effective governance countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the rural grassroots of Y town in Jilin Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy. |
