A Study On Job Burnout Of Police Officers In L Prison In Shandong Province

In our country,prison is a very important judicial administrative organ.Referring to the Prison Law,prisons not only punish criminals,but also transform criminals,so that they can become a good citizen who abides by the law and discipline.Prison can effectively prevent crime and reduce the crime rate,so that citizens' life and health and safety can be guaranteed.However,with the deepening of China's reform work,the increasingly prominent contradictions,the high crime rate,the increasing pressure of prison police,prison police job burnout problem is becoming increasingly serious.This paper takes the L Prison Police Group in Shandong Province as the main research object,and fully analyses the problems and causes of the slack work of the prison police.Through the investigation of 12 L prison policemen in Shandong Province,we can find that they have serious job burnout.This situation can be mainly manifested in three types:first,the negative emotions of Shandong L prison policemen are more obvious,because they often face criminals,although they devote a lot to their work,but their health status is affected by the impact of occupation and environment,and their inner world is also affected to a certain extent;second,lack of sense of achievement and value.Although the industry has just entered the future is full of hope,but with the development of time,salaries,titles and other can not be satisfied,gradually began to have no passion for work,and even the phenomenon of resignation.Thirdly,Causes of job burnout of prison police conforms to the characteristics of the two-factor theory.Long-term prison police work makes them compare with their classmates and the outside world.Under the pressure of work,they begin to feel lost and tired of life.In view of the above situation,this paper studies and analyses the problem of job burnout of prison police,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and reduce job burnout,aiming at providing useful reference for the health and career development of prison police.
