| With the development of society,the living standards of residents continue to improve,and social security issues have received more extensive attention,and this has also made society’s requirements for prison police more stringent.In the current prison police group,the frequency of job burnout is very high,which will have a very negative impact on the prison police themselves,their family,and work,and it will directly cause social stability to be shaken.Recently,my country’s social and economic system is in the process of reform,and the ensuing conflicts are getting deeper and deeper,and the contradiction between prison reform and counter reform is particularly significant.For the government and society,how should the current prison be improved? The problem of job burnout among the civilian police groups and ease of the contradiction of supervision reform is an urgent problem that needs to be dealt with at present.The research object selected in this article is Prison C.First,collect relevant literature,summarize the current research on the job burnout of prison police at home and abroad,and briefly introduce some theories,and then adopt field interviews and other research methods to conduct research on Prison C.The police’s work status and occupational burnout were collected.And find out the cause of job burnout in C prison police,and give effective measures to solve the job burnout problem.At present,among the civilian police groups in C prison,there are three types of job burnout,which are emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,and lack of accomplishment.The symptoms of emotional exhaustion are the most prominent.The specific manifestations include the increasing frequency of negative emotions and the gradual negativeness of work.The health of some prison police is very worrying;the degree of dehumanization is average,and specific conditions will exist.Some prison policemen do not want to come into contact with prisoners,or have a cold attitude towards prisoners and work,and lack recognition of their occupations;and the lack of sense of accomplishment and sense of value presents a gradual increase in the situation,specifically including His dissatisfaction with wages and subsequent improvement space,his lack of confidence in his future development,and his lack of sense of value,etc.The reasons for job burnout include: the prison police themselves have relatively heavy workload and pressure in the prison,and the work is repetitive,lacks freshness,lack of organizational care,and fuzzy positioning of their own roles;social recognition The degree is not high,but there are too high expectations,family support is not enough,and the value of prison work cannot be recognized.In order to effectively solve this problem,it is necessary to enhance the organization’s intervention,establish a support mechanism and provide certain assistance to different individuals.This article carried out a series of studies on the C prison police,summarized the occupational burnout in the prison police group,its causes and solutions,alleviated the adverse effects caused by the job burnout problem,and improved the quality of supervision and reform. |
