The Research On Prison Police Job Burnout

In the new period, the social situation is complicated, prisoners in jail also changed larger, drug-related, gangland-related and gun-related great harm social crime rate rising, has brought new challenges to regulatory safety. Prison policemen is the executor of the prison work, is a special launching of the police, because of long working times, content repetition boring, personal psychological factors such as easy to cause the job burnout, become one of the serious population job burnout. Prison police job burnout is a bottleneck problem of prison police team construction, seriously affect the police’s physical and mental health, work efficiency and quality of life. In this paper, through theoretical study, literature review, and investigate the prison police to seek out how to overcome the prison police job burnout, and try to explore to solve the problem of prison people’s police job burnout. Summing up the produce of prison police job burnout has a professional, social, and the root of the organizations and individuals, etc; From the administrative departments of police and police individual should improve the police pay treatment, the establishment of a social support network, to set up the mechanism of physical and mental health care, and promotion changes jobs, and change the internal psychological elements, focus on work sense of excitement, enhance work efficiency, and to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship, regulation of negative emotions, cultivation of a hobby and so on, to prevent and alleviate the prison police’s job burnout.
