It is the objective requirement for the party to achieve the goal of the strong army in the new era,and it is the central work of the military academies and colleges to continue to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the connotation development of educational institutions.The investigation shows that there are some problems in some military academies,such as lack of initiative investment,poor learning effect and harvest.Using scientific and rigorous theories and methods to establish effective feedback mechanism is important for guiding the improvement of teaching and management in colleges and universities.This paper takes the undergraduate students of a military academy as the research object,and selects in recent years the most influential "Chinese college students' learning and development track research questionnaire(CCSS)" as the research tool and the structural equation model(SEM)the analysis method,around the three core links of "teaching input","learning input" and "management guarantee" in the process of teaching and teaching management in Colleges and universities,explored the influence mechanism of students to acquire learning and harvest,and provided decision-making support for the education and teaching management of colleges and universities.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1)The connotation and structure of the learn questionnaire are analyzed in depth.On the basis of clarifying the connotation,the structure of the learn questionnaire is classified according to the needs of the study of Military Academy.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,the plane questionnaire,which has a large amount of information,is transformed into a three-dimensional "the investigation factor system of the cadets of military academy".(2)Verify the validity of data and variables.The data obtained from 2013 to 2016 were extracted,quantified,cleaned and classified,and 12728 effective data were finally obtained to ensure the validity of the data;the reliability and validity of the constructed index system was tested to ensure the effectiveness of the variables and lay the foundation for the analysis of the modeling.(3)To construct the model of the influence mechanism of the cadets' learning.With the help of structural equation modeling method,based on the influence of ?teaching,learning and management ?of military academies on learning and harvesting,construct hypothesis relation and test it step by step,after a simple regression analysis model,"XX-investment-harvest" mediation model,the combination of mediation model,finally,we get the model of military academy students' learning harvest influence mechanism.(4)The research results of learning harvest impact mechanism model are analyzed.It mainly includes the fitting degree and path analysis of the whole model,group comparison is made for different types of students,different years of measurement,different grades of students,as well as the refined analysis of the "teaching-input" path.,in-depth analysis of the relationship between the specific observation variables within the path is made.(5)Summarize and put forward the innovation and analysis model of the investigation of the learning situation.From the perspective of managers,a qualitative and quantitative innovation analysis mode is put forward based on the investigation and research process of the learning situation.In the analysis of the influence mechanism of the learning and harvesting of the cadets,the paper puts forward different conclusions and suggestions on individual learning input,teaching implementation and university management support,and feedback to teaching management practice and the optimization of the questionnaire design.The results show that the questionnaire is a very rich data source,which can provide strong data support for the management of education;the structural equation model is a scientific,effective and reliable method for analyzing the practical problems in education management of institutions.Through the research of this paper,the connotation of the learning input theory is expanded,and the analysis of "teaching,learning and management" is more in line with the characteristics of the learning of the cadets.The established learning harvest impact mechanism model effectively interprets the specific process of acquiring learning harvest by the cadets of military schools and the model can explain the proportion as high as 84%,which is far superior to the related models of the same kind.First proposed the innovative analysis model of the investigation of the learning situation improves the use value of the survey data on the improvement of the quality of personnel training,and is useful for solving the similar problems in the educational management of colleges and universities,and is worthy of being popularized and applied in the military colleges and universities.
