Since China's reform and opening-up,with the rapid development of science and technology,many forms of media have been born.Such as TV,Internet,magazine,Electronic Magazine,mobile phone,IPTV,LED and so on,and these media are extremely fast.with the development of network has given birth to many new media forms,such as public accounts,micro-blogs,wechat and so on.The existing legislation cannot meet the needs of technological development on time,so that these "new media" cannot be timely regulatory,and thus breeding many social problems.For example,the case of Chen's right to privacy infringement discussed in this article,is the case where the violation of privacy rights in the development of typical new media has serious consequences for the lives of others.This kind of tort subject diversification and the infringement object diversification,formed the individual,the service provider,the operation merchant,the supervision main body and so on multi-party main body.Combined with the current legal norms of our country,the author discusses the content of the media's right to report freely,the content of privacy,the connotation of the right to privacy in the system of today's law,and the status of the state's right to privacy protection and the existing problems,so that conducting a comprehensive grasp of the case.Having concluded that the family disputes reported by the multi-party media in this case are privacy information.Combined with the relevant provisions of the Tort Liability Law,we can determined that the news media should bear the tort liability law to Chen.In this way,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as perfecting legislation,strengthening government supervision,democratic supervision and improving relief channels,so as to keep the infringement "out of the door".
