Research On The Supply Of Smart Elderly Services From The Perspective Of Active Aging

The report of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee emphasized that we should actively respond to the aging of the population and speed up the construction of an elderly care service system that coordinated home community institutions and combined medical care with health care.Henan Province is not only a province with a large population,but also a province with an aging population.However,the three traditional modes of providing elderly care have been unable to meet the needs of the elderly in a timely and efficient manner.Therefore,smart elderly care has been vigorously developed as a new type of elderly care.However,due to the weak foundation and short development time,the supply of smart pension services faces new challenges and opportunities.From the perspective of active aging,this article re-examines the issue of smart elderly care services in Henan Province,which is of great significance to improve the social security system and meet the elderly's needs at different levels.Based on a review of domestic and foreign literature on active ageing and smart pensions,this article clarifies the basic concepts of active ageing and smart pensions.Based on this,it summarizes the current status of the development of smart pension service supply in Henan Province,and at the same time for further development.To understand the needs of the elderly in Henan Province for smart elderly care services,interviews and questionnaires were used to survey the elderly living in Henan Province.Descriptive methods,Cross-analysis and other methods were used to analyze the questionnaire data.Through empirical analysis,the characteristics of the use of smart devices by the elderly and the current status of service needs are obtained.Based on this,a home community care service supply map for smart communities,a smart institution care service supply map,and a smart care service flow chart are designed.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the supply of smart elderly care services in Henan Province and the survey of the demand for smart elderly care services for the elderly,under the framework of active aging,it is found that the supply of smart elderly care services in Henan Province is facing a health dilemma-the lack of integrated medical care and development,and a single spiritual service project Participation dilemma-insufficient total supply of smart elderly care services,too narrow service coverage;protection dilemma-insufficient elderly careprofessionals,lack of perfect service quality assessment system,the reasons are: lack of top-level design and planning;personal concepts and " The "silver digital divide"hinders the promotion of services;the level of information and intelligence is not high;the culture of providing for the elderly has not yet formed.Based on this,the principles and path choices for the supply of smart elderly care services in Henan Province are proposed.That is,based on the principles of government leadership,market operation,and social participation,by strengthening the construction of the social security legal system for the elderly,taking into account data sharing and privacy protection;building an efficient information integration platform to strengthen the ageing design of smart elderly equipment;reshaping the correct ageing Concept,strengthen the wisdom of elderly education and training;explore ways of social force cooperation,and innovate market-oriented operation models.
