Since China introduced the policy of reform and opening-up for more than 40 years,the miracle of China's rapid economic development and long-term social stability has attracted worldwide attention.However,the development gap between urban and rural areas and between regions is still large,and so are income distribution.People's yearning for a better life and the growing demand for fairness,justice and other aspects are reflected at the ideological and theoretical level.It is mainly reflected in the fierce discussion of justice issues among different interest subjects,social groups and academic circles.The dual call of reality and theory highlights the importance,urgency and reality of the study on Marxist concept of justice.This paper will deeply excavate,interpret and study Marx's works so as to form a holistic understanding of Marx's concept of justice,which will not only further expand the new theoretical growth point of Marxism,promote the development of contemporary Marxism,but also have practical guiding significance and times value for the harmonious and orderly development of our society and the peaceful development of the world.This paper consists of six parts.The first part,introduction,mainly introduces the debate on "Marx and justice",the research significance and the research status at home and abroad.The second part focuses on the discrimination of basic concepts,mainly on the discrimination of "justice" and its related words and concepts such as "justice","fairness" and "equality",so as to grasp their similarities and differences.The third part summarizes the ideological source of Marx's concept of justice,and concludes that it is on the basis of mainly critically absorbing the theoretical achievements of classical justice theory,liberalism justice theory,German classical justice theory and utopian socialist justice theory that Marx was able to form and develop his own justice concept.The fourth part focuses on the formation process of Marx's concept of justice.From Marx's inheritance of the traditional concept of justice at first to his reflection on the traditional concept of justice in the face of material interests in reality,the concept of justice in the view of historical materialism was formed.The fifth part systematically condenses the basic content of Marx's concept of justice.This paper expounds the main contents of Marx's concept of justice from the perspectives of the material origin of justice,the class nature and historicity of justice,the criterion for the division of justice and injustice,the criterion for the rationality and correctness of the concept of justice and the distinction between justice and justice concept.The sixth part focuses on the contemporary value of Marx's concept of justice,which is carried out from the two dimensions of contemporary China and contemporary world.
