Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Shantytown Reconstruction In Donghe District Of Baotou City

Shantytown reconstruction is a key project benefiting people's livelihood,aiming to improve the housing environment of low-income groups.improve the overall appearance of the city,accelerate the construction of a well-off society.and maintain social harmony and stability.Baotou City,the second largest city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,has achieved remarkable results since the shantytown transformation work was carried out,among which Beiliang shantytown transformation is the most successful.Based on this experience.Donghe District in the old city began a large-scale shantytown transformation work.However.there are still many problems in the process of transformation.Blindly relying on "taking doctrine" and "empiricism" not only fails to achieve the expected transformation effect,but also hinders the transformation process,does not really meet the needs of the residents in the shed area,and affects the pace of urbanization development.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,this paper starts from the reality,in-depth field research,to find the reasons behind these problems,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of local shantytowns.This paper is divided into six parts to discuss,the first part is the introduction.At the beginning,the background,purpose and significance of this paper are briefly described,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research content,methods,ideas,feasibility and innovation are described.The second part is mainly to clarify the concept of shantytown transformation.introduce the classification of shantytown and the theory related to shantytown transformation.In the third part,starting from the current situation of shantytown transformation in Donghe District,Baotou City,the government's project planning for shantytown transformation in recent years and the achievements of local shantytown transformation are introduced in detail.The fourth part is to explain the problems in the transformation and find out the reasons behind.The fifth part is to put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions,that is.to raise funds through multiple channels,to carry out a variety of compensation methods simultaneously,to further unify the regional compensation standards,to attract investment into shares or land replacement to solve the problem of enterprise acquisition and demolition,and to improve the supervision mechanism.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the central point of view of this paper and makes an objective analysis of the shortcomings.
