Research on the training of civil servants' ability to perform duties can continuously explore the innovative paths for the training of civil servants.The city of K,as the leader of the county economy in the country,has been exploring the training of civil servants' ability to perform duties in recent years,especially the innovative and developmental training of civil servants' performance ability in the cultivation of their basic ability,vocational ability,post ability and self-development ability.By sorting out and summarizing the training of civil servants in the city of K,the exploration can provide fresh samples for the training of grassroots civil servants nationwide.This article comprehensively uses literature research,questionnaire survey,case study,inductive summary and other survey methods,as well as human capital investment theory,adult learning theory,competence theory and job adaptation theory to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the training of civil servants'ability to perform duties in the city of K.In the analysis,fully consider the training concept,training subjects,training content,training methods,training resources and training evaluation.This article comprehensively and systematically summarizes the connotation characteristics,main mechanisms and practical effects of the training of civil servants'ability to perform duties in the city of K,and it is found that there are five problems in the training,namely,unbalanced supply of training courses,single training method,weak training coordination ability,uneven quality of training teachers,and insufficient training evaluation.Then,by analyzing the reasons for the problems of the training of civil servants'ability to perform duties in the city of K,and referring to the training experience of domestic and foreign civil servants'training,the author puts forward six suggestions for improving and enhancing the training of civil servants'ability to perform duties in the city of K:optimizing training design concepts,strengthening the top-level design of the training,focusing on the construction of a multidimensional training mechanism,innovative management strategies for the integration of training resources,strengthening the rule of law in the training,and deepening cooperation in multiple fields.
