The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" is a period of decisive battle to overcome poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Poverty alleviation and relocation is one of the important strategies to solve the problem of " each place has hard way to support its own inhabitants",and it is related to the immediate interests of relocated households.The problem of cultural adaptation after relocation is an objective factor that affects the new life of relocated households,and is also a prerequisite for social stability and sustainable development.The poverty alleviation and relocation of ex-situ relocated households moved from areas with poor living conditions and lack of natural resources to areas with relatively good conditions,and production and living conditions will be better developed.However,there is a certain difference between reality and expectations.For example,for relocated households,the land resources that they have been relying on has not increased,but may have decreased.In addition,the relocated households are all poor households,and their ability of self-development is relatively weak due to low-level literacy,so there are certain difficulties in achieving sustainable development.At the same time,relocation means giving up the original living environment and living in a new place,and the relocated households will face more new problems,this requires them to have a certain ability to reduce the challenges brought by the new life.Therefore,the cultural adaptation of relocated households after relocation is the primary task.Cultural adaptation has a certain impact on the construction of the homes of the relocated households,and has a direct effect on achieving the ultimate goal of relocating the poor.What about the cultural adaptation and home construction after the relocation?How does it affect the ultimate goal of poverty alleviation and relocation? How should the relocated households be helped to build their homes? This article attempts to discuss the above problems by taking the poverty alleviation and relocation of Heku Town,Fenghuang County as an example.The total investment of the poverty alleviation and relocation is 590 million yuan in Heku town,Fenghuang county.a total of 932 households and 4784 people have been relocated,and the number of relocated households is large and the population have a wide origin.so there is a profund typical meaning to choose this area as the field investigation point.This article starts with the field investigation work of ethnology and anthropology.Through the participation in the field observation and in-depth interviews with the interviewees,plus the cross-cultural comparative analysis of different emigration places and emigration and immigration places,we systematically understand Wo The basic situation of the poverty alleviation and relocation of Kuzhen Town is analyzed,and its cultural adaptation is analyzed,which in turn encourage them to respect each other andpromote the respect between them and the locals.Through contacting,observing and interviewing the life of the relocated households before and after the relocation,they understand the cultural issues they face and the cultural adaptation they have made to integrate into the new life,their views on the relocation,the different insights and cognitions of the new home in which they live and the old home in which they live spiritually.there should not only have material of relocated households,but also symbolic entities in the livelihoods,beliefs,community relations,and related spaces that support their lives.Therefore,in order for the relocated households to be stable and stable in the place where they move in,they need to meet their material needs while taking into account their spiritual needs.The home should be an integrated body of material and spirit.On this basis,the current status of the relocation is analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for related issues to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the relocated households.
