In 2018,the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta officially rose into a national strategy.As a community of interests,the importance of talent flow and integration in the region cannot be ignored.However,the research data show that the internal flow rate of talents in the Yangtze River Delta is low,which seriously restricts the effectiveness of talents and the process of regional cooperation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the subjective and objective factors affecting the willingness of talent flow and promote the free and orderly flow of talent and the sharing of talent resources in the Yangtze River Delta for the integration of regional resources,the enhancement of regional competitiveness and the early realization of a higher level and higher quality of integration in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on the strategic background of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper takes young talents aged 18-40 as the research object,and conducts an empirical investigation on the influencing factors of the willingness to flow young talents in the region.Firstly,I sorted out the current research situation of talent flow at home and abroad,and divided the reasons that affect the flow of talents into three levels:individual,organization and society.Then,the stratified sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the young talents of 16 units in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui,and 492 valid samples were obtained.Then I use SPSS 25.0 to analyze the correlation and regression of the collected data.The research results show that gender,income,marital status,length of work in personal factors,institutional environmental satisfaction and talent policy satisfaction in social factors have significant influence on the mobility intention of young talents in the Yangtze River Delta region,but organizational factors are not significant.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for promoting the flow of talents in the region.
