Research On The Creation And Employment Of E-commerce For The Disabled In China

Protecting the employment rights and interests of the disabled is one of the people's livelihood issues that the governments of all countries pay close attention to,and it marks the progress of a country and social civilization.At present,the Employment Situation of the disabled people in China is becoming more and more serious,which shows the situation of difficult employment,few channels and low income,mainly because the traditional employment mode can not meet the employment demand of the disabled people.With the popularization of the Internet,electronic commerce has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.Electronic Commerce has the advantages of being limited by time and space,low access threshold,low cost,etc.,as a compensation tool,it can enhance the competitive advantage of the disabled and make them realize their dream of creating employment successfully.Based on the theory of human capital,the theory of social support and the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper studies how the disabled successfully achieve employment creation through the medium of e-commerce.In the course of the research,data and cases related to entrepreneurship and employment of disabled people in E-commerce were collected and collated,and information was mined and analyzed,through SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the disabled's e-commerce employment creation,and reveals the current situation of the disabled's e-commerce employment creation.Through the status quo to introduce the existing problems and causes of disabled people's e-commerce employment creation,through the main division,there are four aspects,they are the influence of their own factors,the lack of family support,the lack of government support,the serious lack of social support.Finally,some suggestions and measures are put forward to solve these problems,which can provide useful information for the development of e-business employment creation model for the disabled.
