Military and police personnel are charged with the important responsibility of safeguarding the country and play an important role in maintaining national security.To ensure that they always maintain a high combat effectiveness and perform their functions and missions,daily training is indispensable.In the traditional training work management process,troops use manual methods for training management and supervision.Due to the complexity of training work and the limitations of manual supervision,there are often problems such as tedious and time-consuming performance statistics,and difficult to ensure the full implementation of training.In order to solve these problems,standardize the daily training and realize the informatization of daily training,it is of great significance to develop a training management and monitoring system with the functions of automatic management and intelligent supervision.Aiming at the problems in the daily training,this thesis develops the software of daily training management and supervision system.The software is mainly divided into training management subsystem software and training monitoring subsystem software.The software of training management subsystem adopts B/S architecture design,which mainly realizes the formulation and management of training plan,the registration and statistics of training situation and achievements,the management of training related resources,training standards and data dictionary,and the design of web page for visual interaction.The training monitoring subsystem is based on the modular design.The video access layer is designed to manage all the monitoring equipment in a unified way.Through the image acquisition module,it collects and stores the live images of the training site from the webcam.Through the intelligent image recognition module,it analyzes the training images.The YOLOv3 algorithm detects the trainers in the image and counts the corresponding number of trainers to intelligently complete the monitoring work.After testing,the system effectively manages all training tasks and intelligently monitors all training links.It takes about 50ms to detect a single person in the picture,the detection accuracy rate is 100%,and the missed detection rate is as low as about 2%,which can meet the system requirements in function and performance.
