Research On The Construction Of Fault Tolerance And Error Correction Mechanism For Local Party And Government Cadres

Since the reform and opening-up policy,Chinese society has gradually entered the stage of rapid development,the construction of economy,culture,education and rule of law environment has made great strides,and reform and innovation has become the theme of economic society.Especially since the Nineteenth CPC National Congress,the development of Chinese society has reached a new level of development,and the party and the government also have required organizations at all levels to actively promote the reform process all over the country.However,from the reality of the current social development of our country,because the speed of development is too rapid,resulting in a general acceleration of social rhythm,some of the officials and organs gradually suffered from a variety of social problems and pressures,just like corporate cadres.They often have negative emotions in their work,which affects work efficiency.Under this realistic background,strengthening the incentive and fault tolerance of cadre work has a great role in promoting the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Under the background of promoting the overall layout of "five-in-one" and realizing the goal of "two 100 years",we should actively carry out the fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres,which is the necessary condition to promote the process of China's modernization construction.As an important component of the fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres,the establishment of scientific and reasonable fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres can effectively drive the global construction of fault-tolerant system for party and government cadres.Based on the theoretical research methods of political science,sociology and so on,this paper aims to explore the operation mechanism and safeguard measures suitable for the fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres in China.Firstly,through the review and summary of the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper combs its core representative thought,sums up the relevant theories,methods and construction experience of the fault-tolerant mechanism of party and government cadres.Secondly,based on the field investigation of Shanxi province to understand the operation status of the fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres,this paper reveals the problems existing in the implementation of fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres in Shanxi province from two levels of system and practice,and then gets the internal reasons such as vague standard of responsibility identification,backward thinking concept,unscientific operation procedure and insufficient control.Finally,according to the operation principle of establishing fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres,this paper clarifies the applicable object and scope of the mechanism,and tries to find a concrete practical path suitable for the fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres,so as to put forward safeguard measures for the landing of fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres in China.This paper builds the research and analysis framework of the fault-tolerant mechanism of local party and government cadres in order to achieve the reform and innovation development goal of social society,and provides reference for the construction of fault-tolerant mechanism for party and government cadres in other regions of China,in order to promote the improvement of the work efficiency of local government.
