Under the social environment of the aging population in China,can the benefit compensation mechanism under the retirement system be able to adapt to and meet the changing real needs of retired people?The new changes in the group of retired cadres in China are mainly reflected in the following two aspects:on the one hand,retired cadres enter the double-height period and even the "post-double-height period",and their general physical condition is generally poor;on the other hand,the number of retired cadres has increased year by year,and they have difficulty living The proportion of cadres with poor health is also increasing.Therefore,strengthening the compensation and protection of the benefits of retired cadres in China is an urgent problem for our society.At present,it is a critical time to build a well-off society in an all-round way.How to effectively protect the retirement life of veteran cadres,ensure that veteran cadres enjoy their old age,and improve the compensation of benefits in the replacement of retired cadre members is an important component to promote the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and maintain social harmony and stability.section.This paper takes the benefit compensation mechanism of retired cadres in Linyi City as the research object,finds out the main problems and reasons in the management service of veteran cadres in Linyi City through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and proposes comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions.The article is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,the related literature review at home and abroad,as well as the research framework and main innovation points of this paper.The second part is that the concepts of cadre and retired cadre and retirement system are clarified respectively,and the theoretical basis of interest compensation is also introduced.The third part first introduces the establishment and development course of our country's retirement system,and then combines the concrete data,mainly the retired cadres and the management team situation,carries on the analysis to the present stage Linyi city retired cadres management basic situation,introduced Linyi city retired cadres benefit compensation mechanism operation situation.The fourth part presents the main problems existing in the mechanism of compensation for the interests of retired cadres,and analyzes the root causes of the problems according to the data collected by questionnaires and interviews.The fifth part introduces the successful experiences of the four cities in China,such as Chengdu and Shanghai,in compensating the benefits of retired cadres.The sixth part gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by guaranteeing the basic living compensation of retired cadres,perfecting the Party organization construction of retired cadres,strengthening the service management of retired cadres,and giving full play to the role of retired cadres.
