Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Satisfaction Of Administrative Approval Service ——Taking Luanzhou Administrative Examination And Approval Bureau As An Example

In recent years,China has pushed forward the reform of administrative examination and approval services in depth.Through further decentralization,integration of administration and management,and optimization of services,local administrative examination and approval departments have made breakthrough progress in optimizing the business environment,effectively improving the quality of administrative examination and approval services and fully stimulating market vitality.The new historical stage brings higher requirements and challenges to the service of the administrative examination and approval department.The administrative examination and approval department should widely accept the supervision and evaluation from all walks of life.Take public satisfaction as the inexhaustible motive force to consolidate the reform achievements and promote the continuous improvement of administrative examination and approval service quality.This paper takes Luanzhou administrative examination and approval bureau as the main research body,draws lessons from the rooted thought,uses the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,unifies the existing literature,constructs a set of more scientific and reasonable administrative examination and approval service public satisfaction index model,starts from many dimensions,puts forward the hypothesis about the influence factor of the administrative examination and approval service public satisfaction,carries on the questionnaire,carries on the sample data analysis and the empirical research to the investigation result,and puts forward the countermeasure suggestion to enhance the administrative examination and approval service public satisfaction according to the analysis result.This paper tries to enrich the theoretical basis of public satisfaction research by carrying out empirical research on the influencing factors of public satisfaction of administrative examination and approval service,and verify the influencing factors of public satisfaction of administrative examination and approval service.To improve the quality of administrative examination and approval services at the county level to provide practical experience.Through empirical research,it is found that perceived service quality,service mode and service personnel have a significant positive impact on the public satisfaction of administrative examination and approval services,while the impact of service environment,public expectation and public participation on the public satisfaction of administrative examination and approval services is not significant.And age and income will also have a certain impact on the public satisfaction of administrative approval services.According to this,the administrative examination and approval department puts forward some suggestions to improve the perceived service quality of the public,optimize the service mode,attach importance to the service level of the service personnel,and provide individualized service for different service object groups.
