Research On Wuqi County Pension Model Under The Background Of Population Aging

Mencius said: "Old and old,and old people;young and young,and young people.The world can be transported in the palm of the hand." At present,the elderly population in China is increasing day by day,and the social security needs of the elderly are increasing,which reminds us that we should strengthen the livelihood security of the elderly population.Improve the level of old-age care services to meet people's needs for old-age care,and ensure that the elderly live in peace in their old age.The government report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that around respecting the elderly,filial piety,and supporting the elderly should have a good social atmosphere and legal policies,introduce the combination of medical and nursing,resist the development of the elderly to guarantee the industry,and build China's new characteristics of elderly care.The article takes Wuqi County,which is mainly supported by petroleum resources as the main economic support,in the north of Shaanxi Province as a model for the discussion on the way of providing for the elderly.Wuqi County adopts the traditional way of supporting children at home,supplemented by centralized support.This article is composed of five modules.The first chapter is an introduction,including the research background and significance,foreign research status,domestic research trends,research ideas and methods,and innovations.Chapter 2 shows relevant concepts and theories;Chapter 3 of the article The current situation and problems of Wuqi County's old-age care model are pointed out,and its causes are analyzed;Chapter 4 of the article shares advanced cases for solving old-age care problems at home and abroad;the fifth part of the article proposes the most suitable old-age care model and guarantee for Wuqi County implementation plan.
