Study On Grid Management Of Yulin Urban Community

Grid management,through the innovation of social governance mode,realizes the transformation of the management process from static,passive and inefficient to dynamic,active and efficient.It is an effective way to solve the problems of urban community governance brought by social transformation and urbanization.This study combines the current situation of community grid management in Yulin city,based on the actual situation of Yulin city,to identify the main problems existing in the current community grid management in Yulin city.Combined with the public governance theory,service-oriented government theory,fine management theory and other relevant theories and the mature experience of other places in China,put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.The study of this paper found that the community grid management in Yulin city has problems in management system,management operation mechanism,information management platform,public participation,funds and technology investment and incentive,supervision,evaluation system and other aspects.Some measures are put forward,such as perfecting the management system of relevant laws and regulations,refining grid management,strengthening the construction of information management platform,improving the participation mechanism of the masses,increasing capital and technology investment and strengthening the construction of incentive,supervision and evaluation system.This study hopes to provide appropriate strategies for the improvement of community grid management level in Yulin.
