Research On Food Safety Governance Based On Stakeholders

In recent years,with the development of social economy,the food safety problem in China has attracted wide attention from the society,The outbreak of food safety incidents forced the government to take effective measures to ensure the safety and health of citizens.At present,China's food safety governance work has achieved certain results,but food safety incidents still emerge in endlessly,food safety issues are still prominent,in this context,how to find a way to reverse the situation of food safety,the current academic community must consider the urgent issue.On the issue of food safety,the relationship between multiple stakeholders is complex.It is the fundamental way to solve the food safety problem to properly handle the interest relationship between each subject and balance the interest demands of each subject.Therefore,take stakeholder theory as the main theoretical basis,this paper defines the stakeholders in the process of food safety governance,namely the relevant government departments,food enterprises,consumers and social organizations,and theoretically analyzes the interest demands of stakeholders and their relationship of interest.Among stakeholders as conflicts of interest and interest is consistent,so the stakeholders should be achieved by their respective responsibilities of food safety,the government play a role of "leader",enterprise main body responsibility,consumers play to participate in the initiative,give play to the role of service and communication,social organization so as to achieve the interests of the state of equilibrium.In this paper,changsha city catering industry food safety management as an example,through a questionnaire survey of catering enterprise consumers,catering enterprise staff,government staff and social organization staff semi-structured interview,300 questionnaires and part of the interview content as the research material.Through combing research content,understand the stakeholders involved in the current situation of food safety management,and the stakeholders involved in food safety governance problems and the reasons were analyzed,and finally puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the governance of food safety,prompted stakeholders can each to its place,do their job,has strong practical significance.
