| Job satisfaction refers to the general satisfaction of employees in their work.The higher a person’s level of job satisfaction,the more likely they are to be positive about the job,conversely,the lower the level of job satisfaction,the more likely is to be negative about work 。 In recent years,in the process of building a service-oriented government,The job satisfaction of civil servants that are closely related to work attitudes is receiving increasing attention,this has become one of the important topics of human resources management in the public sector。However,young civil servants have gradually become the backbone of the grass-roots civil servants.They directly exercise their powers in the face of the masses,and their job satisfaction directly affects work efficiency and government image.Therefore,a survey of the job satisfaction of young civil servants at the grassroots level will have a positive effect on how to improve the job satisfaction of young civil servants at the grassroots level,thereby improving work efficiency and maintaining a good government image.At present,the research on job satisfaction of civil servants has become a hot research direction in the field of public management.However,there are relatively few related researches on job satisfaction of young civil servants at the county level in China,and further research and analysis are still needed.This article takes the young civil servants at the grassroots level in S city as the research object.Comprehensively using literature research,questionnaire surveys,statistical analysis and other methods to understand the job satisfaction of young civil servants at the grassroots level in S city.Firstly,an index system of influencing factors affecting job satisfaction was established through the literature method and interview method,and a pre-survey questionnaire was designed based on the bidding system.The pre-survey data was collected and verified for reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Forming andissueing a formal questionnaire after completion..In the process of statistical analysis of survey data,factor analysis was used to construct five dimensions of factors that affect job satisfaction among grassroots young civil servants in S City: job returns,system management,work itself,work environment,and self-realization.Based on this,the overall job satisfaction and the satisfaction of the five dimensions of the impact factors are analyzed and researched.The results show that the average overall job satisfaction of the grass-roots young civil servants in S City is 3.23,indicating that the city’s grassroots young civil servants have The overall satisfaction is not high,and the five dimensions of the factors have a positive correlation with the overall job satisfaction.Based on understanding the job satisfaction of grass-roots young civil servants in S city,the possible reasons for the low job satisfaction of grass-roots young civil servants in S city were discussed.Based on this,and drawing on the experiences and practices of foreign developed countries such as the United States,Singapore,the United Kingdom,and Japan in motivating civil servants in terms of salary,performance evaluation,promotion training,etc.,the paper proposes ways to promote grassroots civil servants’ work enthusiasm and increase job satisfaction Opinions and measures,including improving the compensation mechanism,expanding the promotion space,optimizing performance evaluation,attaching importance to spiritual incentives,improving training mechanisms,strengthening public service concepts,and improving fault tolerance and correction mechanisms,etc.,with a view to providing a reference for government public human resource management. |
