Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the reform process of urban community public service systems is also accelerating,especially with the most significant changes in urban management systems.Public services have gradually transformed into community-oriented grassroots service units and their corresponding services.The main body has also undergone a number of changes.In the past,the government was the main body,but now the government is the main body,supplemented by enterprises and the third sector.From a certain perspective,whether community public services can be timely and effectively improved is not only related to the quality of life of community residents,but also affects the degree of welfare they enjoy.Based on this,the study of community public service theory has great potential.Great practical significance and application value.Based on the relevant theories and concepts of community public services,this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of existing research materials on community public services at home and abroad,and draws on theoretical and practical experience.As far as its theoretical analysis is concerned,on the one hand,it deepens the public's basic understanding of the community public service supply model,on the other hand,it also provides different supply models for selection,so as to better explore the similarities and differences of each model.Looking at the results of its practical explorations,it is not difficult to find differences in practical factors such as political,economic,and cultural traditions,which have led to the formation of different public service models in countries around the world,such as government-led models,community autonomy models,and market-oriented models.These are not only very representative,but also have a high reference value,which can help China to improve the public service system of urban communities and achieve more long-term development goals.This article takes the Shihu Yuhu community as a research sample to further explore the operational problems that exist in the community's public service system,such as imbalances in supply and demand,insufficient funds,and inadequate services,etc.,thereby revealing that the public service supply in the Shishi city community must improve the multiple supply The mechanism,by creating a community public service model led by the government,social collaboration and citizen participation,fundamentally guarantees the subjective status of residents' autonomy and maximizes the use and supply of community public service resources.
