Research On Classified Correction In Community Correction Of Nan'an City

As an imported product,community correction officially appeared in the regulatory documents of the Chinese government in July 2003.The purpose of community correction is to correct the criminal psychology and behavior of criminals in the community and promote them to return to society smoothly.Community classification correction refers to the scientific classification of different types of community prisoners,and the different classification and treatment,so as to achieve the goal of correction,which is the intrinsic requirement of improving the quality of community correction work.At the end of 2010,the community correction in nan 'an city started from the pilot project.On the basis of learning from successful experience at home and abroad and combining with its own actual situation,it gradually formed its own development mode,and conducted beneficial work exploration on classification correction,achieving certain results.However,there are still many difficulties and problems.This paper uses literature research method,comparative research method and interview method to study the community classification and correction management mechanism of Nan'an City through five parts.First elaborated the selected topic background and research significance,to review and summarize the research both at home and abroad,illustrates the related concepts of the article and classification of community correction of the theoretical basis and practical significance,and then from the classification of correct use of evaluation tools(personal risk assessment and evaluation)as well as the classification standard of classification of community correction in China basic classification method to carry on the summary analysis.It also analyzes the current situation of community correction in Nan'an City from the aspects of operation background,management organization and personnel profile,types and quantity changes of community prisoners,measures and effects,and summarizes the specific implementation methods of community classification correction.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing and elaborating the interview content,the problems existing in the classification correction of Nan'an City community areanalyzed from four levels: system design,correction subject,correction process and correction effect.The main reasons are that the classification standards are not detailed enough,the risk assessment system needs to be improved,the assessment needs to be improved,the differences between treatment levels are too small,the incentives are not enough,the classification management "emphasizes supervision,ignores education and assistance",the corrective measures "unifies,emphasizes form and ignores content" and so on.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of community classification correction in Nan'an City,this paper,on the basis of referring to the typical experience of community classification correction at home and abroad,combined with the practice of Nan'an City,puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the aspects of optimizing classification tools,refining classification standards,perfecting classification management mode,and strengthening the construction of management subjects.
