Research On Government Regulation In The Quanzhou Taxi Industry Under "Internet Plus"

Quanzhou is the cultural capital of East Asia,with a large flow of permanent residents and immigrants.Taxi has become one of the common means of transportation for people to travel.In 2017,with the entry of major taxi platforms,the "Internet plus" era also had a huge impact on the Quanzhou taxi industry.According to statistics,in 2020,there will be 2489 cruising taxi vehicles in Quanzhou City,and 17026 online booking taxi vehicles will be registered,which is 6.8 times of the number of cruising taxi vehicles.Online booking taxi occupies most of the market,and the cruising taxi industry will encounter an unprecedented "cold winter".Municipal government regulation of city patrol car industry in Quanzhou is the research object.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the regulation of Quanzhou taxi patrol industry by the government of Quanzhou under the background of "Internet plus",the government regulation theory and market failure theory are comprehensively applied.It is found that the government regulation of the cruise taxi industry has achieved certain results.Results: the online reservation taxi gradually entered the standard,the policy was issued to provide direction for the patrol taxi industry,there was no "strike" or "strike" event,at the same time,there were some problems such as industry monopoly caused by admittance supervision,the contradiction between supply and demand increased due to strict quantity supervision,the absence of interest protection of supervision object,and the inadequacy of service supervision.The reasons are as follows: the review of operation There are "biases" in the batch mechanism,the disconnection between pricing and market,and the lag of government supervision.Based on the combination of local conditions and other brother cities' practices,this paper puts forward specific measures to improve government supervision: reducing access conditions,relaxing quantity supervision,flexible price mechanism,continuously regulating service level,improving the construction of docking facilities and helping to build network platform.
